We believe self-development happens in community. Experiencing fear, forcing yourself to have tough conversations, confrontation and ecstasy are all states
of action that are typically induced by external forces. Forces outside of yourself albeit physical, mental, spiritual.

We also believe transformation happens in community. So come and get transformed. Bring your scrapbook, note books, scratch paper, doodle pads, iPads and lunch. Come share your ideas, read your musing out loud, help to critique fellow writers' work, or just bring a book to read in a space where literary energy is the focus. On some days it may be a group of 1; other, days larger. We look forward to exchanging ideas and releasing with you.

“I tell my students there is such a thing as “writer’s block,” and they should respect it. You shouldn’t write through it. It’s blocked because it ought to be blocked, because you haven’t got it right now.”

– Toni Morrison
