Rich in collagen and a sign of resourcefulness in southern communities, we pay homage to the livestock that was sacrificed to bring us here and give thanks to the strong joints, great skin and resilient spirits that we wear today.

Pig feet is a food share that happens on the first Fridays from July-September. We cook simple, scratch meals with food sourced from conscientious farmers that we have a relationship with. All are welcome . Kitchen open from 10am-1pm.

Salt Eaters is an homage to traditional preservation and fermentation techniques. Neighborhood residents and collaborators are able to use our facilities  to can, preserve and ferment foods on-site and store in a shared facility. We aim to provide food that is alive and nutrient dense. Fuel.

This project is in the pre-development stage. We are looking to collaborate with culinary professionals and farmers who are interested in participation. We are also open to ideas to make this project come to life in a way that is beneficial and mutually beneficial for participants and community members . We strive for longevity in the current economy.
