Make Space studio is a real estate development placemaking studio. Simply put, we compile objects and thoughts and express them in the built environment. We create and build our ideas. 

We create because we are curious. We believe that all living things have energy. A vibration. We make spaces. Our ethos is grounded in the philosophy that “action creates clarity”. Our spaces, neighborhoods and programs are designed to push the envelope of what is possible in a given space with the resources you are allocated. We do this by using art and culture as the catalyst. Only through this lens can the impossible be made actual.
